Hello Everyone,
Greetings, mabuhay. I am new here on this thread, and actually a member of a stock trader thread in Entrepreneur.com.ph. Presently, I am working in the middle east and I am trying to integrate in the local economy. A colleague recommended me to this Foodbytes Forum because I am at present establishing a new semi auto bakery. I would appreciate your sharing me the knowledge and experiences about bakery operations, SOPs, bakery equipments and and bakery products for masa people.
By profession, I am a Accountant but I want to involve myself not only on my professional line but also in food business to serve my community in my town of Malasique, Pangasinan; and at the same time to earn a margin. I planned to put up a bakery in the ground floor of a building in town. I am now in the stage of choosing the right bakery equipments and my bakery business _object_ive is to start small but finish it big.
Appreciate your sharing to me any information, or knowledge and experiences for those having this line of bakery expertise; and I will appreciate any help you may contribute [img] on my bakery business undertaking.
